The College uses the service of CASHNet to process billing electronically. Electronic statements are generated monthly, through the 10th of the month. Fall charges are posted to the student account in July and will appear on the July bill, which is due August 1. Spring charges are posted to the student account in December and will appear on the December bill, which is due January 2.
CASHNet provides students and other authorized parties online access to view recent Pomona College student account bills, review account history, and make electronic (ACH) payments. Going forward an email will be sent to students and authorized users on the 11th of each month (unless the 11th falls on the weekend then the bill will be generated on the following Monday) to provide notification when new bills are available for viewing on the CASHNet website. The E-bill is a static, point-in-time bill. It will show all activity that occurred up to the billing date. Any transactions that occur after the bill date can be viewed by clicking “Activity Details”. These transactions will appear on your next billing.
